HOTEL MANAGER TRAINEE
Assists managers in ALL aspects of hotel operation. Must be willing to fill in wherever short staffed and learn all areas of properties. Some longer hours required. Strong background in the hospitality industry.
BOOKEEPING
Assisting our corporate office personnel in handling the daily tasks of office duties and bookkeeping; bookkeeping experience a must. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of office equipment
MAINTENANCE
Knowledge of distribution systems for gas, electric and water etc. maintains and operates A/C, heating, refrigeration, & ventilation systems; responds to 24 hour emergency needs & repairs. Maintains buildings & grounds. (Please attach resume)
LAWN/GROUNDS
Tends grounds, operating knowledge of machinery used to maintain grounds, safety conscious operating equipment, some garbage removal. Standing and lifting required.
HOUSEKEEPER/LAUNDRY
Good communication skills, cleans rooms, & public areas. Indoor and outdoor responsibilities. Standing and lifting required.
CENTRAL RESERVATIONS CLERK
Very strong communication skills, sales skills, computer skills, book accommodations, touch typing, operate office equipment, stock & clean office, efficiently handle phone system, Ability to learn extensively about properties and area attractions and directions. Strong communications with managers. Some lifting.
FRONT DESK CLERK
Very strong communications skills, sales skills, computer skills, book accommodations, ability to handle cash & credit cards. Operate office equipment, phone system, clean & stock office. Acts as a communications liaison for staff and guests of properties.
SALES CLERK/CASHIER
Strong communication sills, sales, ability to make change, operate cash register, operate credit card machines, clean & stock inventory. Lifting and standing required.
